How to break up with a friend: For the confused, the anxious and the angry

Friendships are essential for us and at the same time they can feel so complicated. It’s easy to find advice when problems come up in a romantic relationship, but what do you do when a friendship goes wrong? From ghosting to gossiping to screaming at each other, there are a lot of ways friendships can fracture or end that feel less than ideal. What if there was another way? Come to this introductory workshop to learn and practice tools to navigate through friendship conflict and connect with others around this all too relatable topic.

This workshop will include:

  • A space to share and connect with others around the topic of friendship conflict

  • Frameworks for how to identify how you feel and what you need in a friendship, and options of what it could look like to honor them

  • Tools to stay calm through conflict and communicate kindly and confidently

This workshop is for you if you’ve ever had the questions:

  • How do I talk about what’s not working in a friendship without sugarcoating it or blowing up?

  • How can I rebuild a friendship for the better?

  • How do I decide if and when a friendship has run its course?

Let’s break the habit of not giving friendships the attention they deserve by taking this intentional time to reflect. Whether you are coping with a challenging friendship, sorting through conflicting feelings, or searching for a way to communicate your truth, there’s something here for you.
