Individual Therapy

  • $170 for a 50 minute session

Couples and Family Therapy

  • $200 for a 60 minute session

Insurance

  • I accept Aetna and United Health Care insurance for individual therapy only (possibly for group and short term couples therapy in the future)

  • I provide superbills for reimbursement for both individual and relational therapy

Workshops & Facilitated Conversations

  • For Corporate Groups: $250 per hour

  • For Nonprofit and Community Groups: $150 per hour

Events in Your Space

  • For private events: $200 per hour

  • For events open to the public: Sliding Scale

    • I would love to work with you to build more community throughout the city and beyond and am happy to discuss what financial agreement makes sense to make spaces accessible for as many folks as possible

Pro Bono And Pay What You Want IFS One-Offs

  • The philosophy here: We live in a society that does not grant people of color and immigrants equal access to quality care. And many people across interecting identities and experiences in life have a hard time accessing care for a number of reasons. While one session can only do so much, I believe that dedicated presence along with the tools IFS has to offer as well as perhaps a tad bit of resource sharing can have lasting impact and therefore I want to offer these one off sessions as well:

  • For immigrants and people of color: I offer one free 50 minute session

  • For anyone struggling to access care for any reason: I offer one pay what you want 50 minute session

Please note that individuals can only use this option one time and it is only offered on certain days/times. Reach out for more information.
